Pat Pendley, senior partner at Pendley, Baudin and Coffin, has practiced law continuously since 1967, with a general practice of law in all areas, except patent and tax law.  Beginning in 1981 with his first environmental class action, Mr. Pendley’s practice in the class action and mass tort areas has involved toxic tort cases, consumer insurance class cases, product liability class cases, and mineral rights royalty underpayment claims.  The number of class cases and mass tort cases in which he has been involved exceeds one hundred cases in both federal and state courts around the country.  Mr. Pendley has served, by court appointment, as a member of numerous plaintiff steering committees, as well as in leadership positions in many of these cases.  These cases have ranged in the number of clients from a few hundred up to hundreds of thousands of class members.  Mr. Pendley has litigated cases against some of the largest corporations in the United States over the past thirty years.

Additionally, Mr. Pendley has represented both landowners and expropriatory authorities in several hundred eminent domain cases dating back to the early 1970’s and continuing to this day.
