A Whistleblower or Qui Tam lawsuit allows private citizens to sue on behalf of the government even though the individual has suffered no personal harm, but has information that a company has committed an act of fraud against the United States Government or the government of a particular state. You must be the first person to file a whistleblower lawsuit, as only the first person is entitled to the government reward, and there is a statute of limitations that applies to a Qui Tam claim. You should not discuss your claim with anyone other than an attorney.
If you have knowledge or evidence of fraud committed against the government as stated above and are willing to come forward, click here to contact one of the lawyers at Pendley, Baudin & Coffin, L.L.P. about a potential Whistleblower lawsuit.
