M. Palmer Lambert is a partner with Pendley, Baudin, & Coffin, joining the firm in 2022. Palmer’s practice primarily focuses on representation of plaintiffs in mass torts, MDLs and class actions. He currently serves as Plaintiffs’ Co-Liaison Counsel in the Taxotere MDL pending in the Eastern District of Louisiana and as a member of Court-appointed leadership in the 3M Earplugs MDL in the Northern District of Florida. Palmer also litigates general civil cases, including catastrophic injury claims, products liability matters, complex vehicular collisions, medical malpractice claims, appeals and general casualty claims.
A lifelong Louisianan, Palmer attended Tulane University and earned Mechanical Engineering (B.S.), Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees. He is a member of several bar and professional organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Palmer is an experienced pilot, holding a commercial pilot certificate with single-engine land, multi-engine land, instrument, and type ratings.
