Roundup® / Glyphosate Cancer Litigation Settlement

Pendley, Baudin & Coffin settled hundreds of lawsuits alleging that exposure to Roundup® caused individuals to develop certain cancers, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The cases involved individuals across the United States who claimed they developed cancer after long-term exposure to glyphosate from Roundup® through their work, farming, or residential use.
