$1.3 Million Automobile Accident Verdict

Congratulations to Nicholas Rockforte and Evan Fontenot in obtaining a $1.3 million verdict on behalf of a gentlemen who received spinal injuries as a result of an automobile accident.  After a four day jury trial, beginning on May 14, 2018, a Pointe Coupee Parish jury unanimously awarded the plaintiff, Ronald Hicks, $1,298,410.00.  The case is Ronald Hicks v. USAA General Indemnity Company, et al.
