Taxotere Lawsuit Update
The lawyers at Pendley, Baudin and Coffin LLP are representing women across the country who have suffered severe permanent hair loss (alopecia) as a result of taking Taxotere, a chemotherapy drug used to treat multiple forms of cancer. Each Taxotere hair loss case will be given the individual care and attention that it deserves and will not be pursued as part of a class action lawsuit.
To our knowledge, only four (4) Taxotere permanent hair loss cases have been filed in the United States against the makers of Taxotere. These cases are pending in federal courts in the states of Colorado, Ohio, Illinois and California.
Although few have been filed thus far, we expect hundreds and perhaps thousands of Taxotere chemotherapy hair loss cases to be filed across the country in the near future as a result of a recent Taxotere label revision which added references to permanent hair loss.
PBC is one of the first firms in the nation to file a Taxotere hair loss case.
