Courtney Stidham is an associate with Pendley, Baudin & Coffin, L.L.P., joining the firm in October of 2016. Prior to joining Pendley, Baudin & Coffin, L.L.P., Courtney represented clients in the areas of consumer fraud, toxic torts, environmental issues, contract disputes, and nation-wide class action litigation. Courtney has litigated cases in federal and state courts as well as before the American Arbitration Association.

Courtney believes in keeping her clients informed about the litigation process and in creating a positive environment in an area that is often stressful and difficult for clients.

While pursuing her law degree, Courtney served as a judicial extern for the Northern District of Alabama Magistrate Judge T. Michael Putnam. Courtney was also a member of the Cumberland Law Review. She served as Vice-President and student representative for the Cumberland Student Bar Association. Courtney additionally worked as Cumberland?s Westlaw Student Representative.
