Whistleblower (Qui Tam) Lawsuits
A Whistleblower or Qui Tam lawsuit allows private citizens to sue on behalf of the government even though the individual has suffered no personal harm; but has information that a company has committed an act of fraud against the United States Government or the government of a particular state.
